Read the policy below then agree and apply.
To receive a refund of any fees, you must give a wirtten notice that you intend to cancel or withdraw from the program in which you have enrolled. Cancellations before program commencement* If you cancel in writing before program commencement, you will receive a refund except for the following. ・after you apply - enrolement fee, homestay / residence arrangement fee and volunteer arrangement fee are not refundable. ・less than 90 days (at least 30 days) prior to the program commencement - residence fee of the first term the participant booked. ・less than 30 days prior to the program commencement - homestay fee for 30 days, counting from the day of cancellation application. And residence fee of the first term the participants booked. * program commencement means the very first day you are served or supplied any of the following. Lesson, Classes / Airport transfer / Homestay / Residence stay / Support / Volunteer experience Cancellations/withdrawals after program commencement if you want to cancel or withdraw from your program after you start the program, you have to give the coordinator of the school the cancellation form. If you cancel in writing after program commencement, Refund policy will be as follows. ・after the school commecement - Lesson fee/ Volunteer experience fee and airport transfer fee are not refundable. ・VISA fees are not refundable, but if your study permit or visa application denied, FBI will pay refund of visa issuing fee. ・more than 30days after the program commencement, only the fee for 3rd tem will be refundable. Residence fee of the term when you give written notice for withdrawal and of the following term are not refundable. ・homestay fee for 30 days, counting from the day of cancellation application, are not refundable. After that is, refundable. ・support fee, supecial support fee (for days you will be not supported) are refundable. ・TPAF enrolment fee, is refundable more than 30 days prior to the TPAF school commencement. Other Conditions ・If you violate lthe law of the Republic Fiji Islands (ex, deport from Fiji by cancellation of study visa, due to insufficient attendance percentage : 80%), and if you cannot continue program any more, we cannot pay refund to which you have already paid. And also if the deposit for the visa which FBI pays is not paid back from because of that violation of law, you will be charged. ･FBI will not be liable for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property howsoever caused, save where the liability is expressly imposed beyond exclusion by statute. Also FBI will not be liable in any way to the student in the event of any service , contracted to be supplied by FBI, becoming impossible to supply by reasons of industrial dispute or other cause outside the controle of FBI. ・If you are keen to continue homestay, please let the coordinator know as soon as possible. We try our best to arrange the same family for that case, but in case we cannot arrange the same host family, or cannnot accept that request, depending on situation. If you continue to stay without letting us know, and without paying, you are forced to pay for the stay. And if some problems happen between you and the host family in the case you continue to stay without letting us know, you will have to resolve the problem by yourself. We are not liable. ・This agreement does not remove the right to take furthert action under the laws in Fiji. Free Bird Institute's dispute resolution processes do not circumscribe the student's right to persue other legal remedy.

这次的毕业典礼上毕业的长期留学(4个月至1年)的学生共有29名，每个人都从Serevi手中接过了毕业证书。成绩优秀的学生获得了奖状和作为奖品的离岛游览船票。 在FBI授予优秀学生Best Student奖，授予优秀班级Best Class奖。这里的优秀是指除英语学习成绩的优秀之外，具备为使留学更有意义而积极努力的态度，对其他学生也产生了正面影响的有领导能力的学生。

典礼的最后，教师们向毕业生送上合唱作为礼物(照片中央上方)，学生们也热情高涨，之后典礼结束。5月开始的新学期有180名新生进入FBI开始学习！在南半球的斐济马上就是秋天了，酷暑也和缓下来，降雨量开始减少，最好的季节即将开始。我们可以期待，下个学期的FBI也要更加昌盛！

在我曾任校长的Namaka公立学校有这样的一所附属语言学校，这种事情我在任的时候想都没有想过。 但是，我觉得通过这所小小的学校，来自日本的形形色色的留学生们和我们Namaka公立学校的孩子们可以在真正意义上进行交流，也会促进两国间的关系进一步发展。
年轻人就是将来。我很高兴看到大家能在斐济发现自身的无限可能性，也爱上我所深爱的斐济。

我国斐济与FBI是好朋友、好的商业合作伙伴。这个语言学校的诞生提供给了我国很多工作机会。这项计划发挥了斐济人最自豪的特点：友好，而成为一个十分成功的项目。
我们的国家在物质生活上并不是很富裕，也有很多物产我们是没有的。但是，我们有可以填补那些劣势的东西：友好。
在这个逐渐国际化的社会中，我们将不再一直只是一个岛国的住民。

Everybody in Fiji is so friendly and talkative!! When you walk down the street, everybody says hello to you in Fijian word,「Bula！」
