Students who are 16 years old and over will take the English course at “Free Bird Institute”, the first English language school in Fiji Island. Students will be placed either at Nadi Campus or Lautoka Campus according to the duration of their stay and their English level.

There are lessons in between the terms for short term students and long term students who applied to take the classes.

Everyone must speak only English in the school compound. It is called EOP (English Only Policy). If you speak any other except English, teachers give you yellow card. If you have three yellow cards, you have to leave Fiji Island.
All students must attend a class more than 80% in a term. If you attend class less than 80% in a term, you are turned out by Fiji Immigration Control Law. But if you get a medical report by hospital, it is not absent.
Don’t wear sexy clothes such as hot pants, miniskirt and tube top for lady in the school. because our school is located just next to kindergarten and primary school.
All teachers have a teaching license given by the Ministry of Education of Fiji Island.
Each teacher prepares original classes by themselves. All teachers are evaluated by students once a term in order to listen to students’ opinions and meet students’ need. Also, all the teachers are supervised by Executive teachers and a Japanese school staff regularly. They also have a staff meeting every week to exchange their skills and experience in the class. That is why you will be able to take a high quality and unique classes in this school!
